Can Being Kind Improve Business?

www.keycars.comThe most amazing thing happened to this Dealer For The People who was in mom-mode out with my son recently – a moment I will never forget, and either will my boy.

And it got me thinking about the power of random acts of kindness.

Is it that difficult to just be kind to the people you meet? Sometimes, a new or used car customer will come into Key Hyundai with a concern about getting into a new car. They are often defensive due to bad credit issues, or a trade that they think we won’t like. But when our team greets them with kindness, a word, cup of coffee, some time to really listen, everything changes. Everything.

Sometimes, a random act of kindness can make all the difference: in parenting, in business, in life. Here’s how it happened for me:

The power of one teenager at a fast food joint inspired me to inspire our team of solution providers, friends, family and customers to try something new – just for a short time – something so easy, yet so inspiring it’s bound to make a huge difference in your life and business!
