Dirty Trick Free Zone: Episode #13- Customer Concerns

In today’s episode of the Car Dealer Dirty Trick Free Zone, I talk about how we handle customer concerns. As a car dealer I know that the key to making a business a sucess is to keep the customer happy.

At Key Hyundai of Manchester and Key Hyundai of Milford we have certain steps that we take to ensure that any customer problem, worry or concern is taken care of  rapidly and completly.

Our first step is to listen to the customer. I know that I get fustrated when I feel like someone is not listening to me, so we take every step necessary to make sure the customer knows that we want to listen to them. Next we solve the problem. Whatever the problem is we make sure to solve it to the customers complete satisfaction. Our last step is to look inside the company to make sure that the problem never happens again.
