Key Hyundai of Manchester Did you ever notice how we never hesitate to leave a negative review when our expectations are not met? Customers are quick to post a negative review, and let the business owner know exactly how disappointed we are, but seldom share the good stuff!

Hi, it’s Jill Merriam, Dealer For The People at Connecticut’s Key Hyundai, and I have a confession to make. I will often write a negative review to let a business know when I am disappointed or angered, but I seldom let a business know when they are doing things right!

After receiving so many amazing customer reviews thanking Key Hyundai, I realize I must do the same. Here’s how I promise to go out of my way to thank businesses for doing things right, and why I think we should all do the same:

At Key Hyundai we do get complaints, and while we will never make everyone happy, we will never ever stop trying to provide every customer with exactly what they need, when they need it, in a kind, friendly, and respectful manner.  You have my Dealer For The People word on that!
