In today’s episode of the Car Dealer Dirty Trick Free Zone I, Jill Merriam owner of Key Hyundai of Manchester and Key Hyundai of Milford, talk about customer appreciation. I wanted to write this post becuase throughout the years I have been involved in the car business I have met and became very good friends with many customers of the dealership. Customers are the center of every business and keeping them happy and I can not stress enough how important showing customers our appreciation is.

This business has really given me oppurtunites to really help people and that is my favorite part of the business. It is the great customers and the ability to be able to help that makes me love coming to work everyday.
