Years ago, Mary Kay cosmetic top performers received pink cadillacs, and everyone knew just how successful they were at their jobs.

That pink cadillac represented so much, and everyone knew it. The days of pink cadillacs are gone, and I’m just not sure if that’s a good thing or not.
