What is leaking under my car?

www.keycars.comIs that puddle under MY car???

Don’t panic! Key Hyundai of Connecticut customers, family and friends: I have good news for you!

We’ve all been there: new and used car owners in Connecticut, pulling from our regular parking spot when we notice a small puddle where our car used to be. Most of us immediately wonder how this will effect our vehicle – and our wallets.

Doesn’t matter if you drive a new Hyundai, used car or where you bought your vehicle, car owners unite analyzing the spot under the car. Key Hyundai of Milford and Key Hyundai of Manchester has service providers who can easily set your mind at ease, and let you know when and if you should be concerned.

There are many factors to consider when you spot a leak, and this Nicer, Newer News video will show you what a leak under your vehicle might mean. Take a listen; I’m confident I can set your mind at ease:

Now you know what to look for when you spot a leak under your car. And as always, Key Hyundai service providers are here to help you make sense of it, and keep your car safe to drive for as long as you wish to drive it.

What do you think about electric cars?

george jetsonLots of talk about automotive technology and alternate fuel vehicles, but what does that really mean to real people like you and me looking for new and used cars in Connecticut?

When should CT car dealers start to really focus on electric cars – when will customers start asking about them with determination and dollars?

Hi, it’s Jill Merriam, Dealer For The People at Key Hyundai, and when people from Tesla start talking about alternative fuel vehicles, people start listening.

I recently read about Tesla’s predictions for the future, and their ideas are pretty extraordinary. I’d love to find out what you think. Here is my 2 minute Nicer, Newer News video about the future of electric cars:

So will electric be the way of the future? What would it take to have you drive an electric car? I’d love to hear what you think at jillcares@keycars.com.

Do gas prices make us love SUVs more?

The attractive gas prices may be part of the reason SUVs remain a favorite not just at Connecticut’s Key Hyundai, but at new and used car dealerships across the state and country.

There is always a lot of interest in the Hyundai Santa Fe and Hyundai Tucson, regardless of gas prices. But these days, the interest is through the roof.

We see it at Key Hyundai, and sure, gas prices are wicked low these days, but is that what is really driving the SUV popularity? I think not.

Hi, it’s Jill Merriam, Dealer For The People at Key Hyundai, and I read an article in Forbes that explains the why and how behind our obsession with SUVs. Much has to do with short-term-memory.

Take a quick listen to my 2 minute Nicer, Newer News video explaining the popularity of SUVs, then decide if this is how you notice the same trends:

Do gas prices dictate the type of car you drive?Do you drive an SUV? Do you want to? I’d love to hear what you think at jillcares@keycars.com.

Wishing you low gas prices, and many safe and happy miles ahead!
