CT Car Dealerships evolve customer interaction during COVID crisis

The world is changing and Key Cars of Connecticut with car dealerships in Middletown, Manchester, and Milford, is changing along with it — some changes good, some not-so-good.

Jill Merriam, Dealer For The People at Key Cars, and while CT is re-opening for business, we are evolving in the wake of COVID crisis. Some customers LOVE the changes such as solo test-drives, and some really want that salesperson along for the ride. What do you think?
