Family values build a strong CT automotive business

August 22, 2016

Family owned business in CTThe popular Dealer For The People Jill Merriam from Connecticut’s Key Hyundai owes a lot to her Grandpa Sam.

“I learned a lot from my grandfather: how to be a good person, how to be a team leader, how to build a strong community, how to be kind and empathetic, and how there’s always room to learn more.”

Grandpa Sam was a really smart guy. He instilled beliefs and values that to this day help Jill and her brother Jeff build a successful business, recruit and promote kind, empathetic employees, and can always strive to learn more and do better.

Family values matter in business, and the Dealer For The People at Key Hyundai wants you to know why. The Merriam patriarch taught his family a lot about being a good person, and that in turn, has built a successful Connecticut business and has helped hundreds of people along the way.

Take a listen here to Jill’s tribute to Grandpa Sam in this Nicer, Newer News video, and why his wisdom drives the mission and vision of Key Hyundai:
