Why Clean Garbage Cans Matter in the Car Business

Hi, it’s Jill Merriam Dealer For The People from Key Hyundai here, and I took a family vacation of a lifetime on a Disney Cruise where I saw this exact thing happen. Seriously: garbage can cleaning 101. An employee thoroughly scrubbing a trash can, and a check list to ensure it was cleaned to a level of excellence expected.

What does this tell me about customer service? It means every one of the Disney Cruise’s 1400 employees is committed to excellence, and will make every effort to make sure our needs are met.
