The current messaging is the same across all aspects of business, large and small, mom and pop, and major corporate franchises: “In these trying times …” and yet …. Some people seem unaware of the world around them, and respond as if this was business as usual. Which it is not.

Jill Merriam recognizes small businesses throughout Connecticut (and the country) are doing the best we can in the COVID crisis. And yet some customers think it’s business as usual, and demand zero errors.
